Refund Policy

No refunds are allowed in case of downloadable digital products.

Refunds are only allowed in courses where there are live classes. Refunds are allowed for:

• 75% of fees within the first three days of classes
• 50% of fees within the first six days of classes
• 25% within the first nine classes of our live class-based courses

No refund will be provided in the live class-based courses after 9 days of classes.

NOTE: Policy can be updated without prior notice. Final decision rests with the management.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellation is entertained for digital downloadable products.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product by writing an email to support@sudeepverse.in or sudeepverse@gmail.com.

The Customer Service Team, after looking into your complaint, will take an appropriate decision.
